Day 432
Revelation 21:3-4
And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”
Been a rough day after finding out a friend of mine had just committed suicide the night before. I didn't know him that well but it's been a blow nonetheless.
I love the picture in Revelation though of how one day there will no longer be pain, suffering, tears etc. God is the great conqueror and through Him we are more than conquerors!
RIP Scott Bickel

Day 429
Kristian Stanfill - Always
Absolutely love this song. So true, my God is my help, always! Always amazed by that thought.
"Oh, my God, He will not delay
My refuge and strength always
I will not fear, His promise is true
My God will come through always, always"
"My foes are many, they rise against me
But I will hold my ground
I will not fear the war, I will not fear the storm
My help is on the way, my help is on the way"
Thank You, Jesus for being there always for me!

will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.

but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
