Spent most of my time lost in worship, one thing God placed on my heart is this passage.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
Carefully reading this passage makes me evaluate my life and my heart. I want to be able to live out these verses.
Lord, help me to have a true loving heart and live for your glory, not boasting for my own glory, but for Yours. You deserve all glory, praise and honor!
I've been enjoying your posts. One thing with this Scripture,(and you've already hit on it) - Replace the word "love" - with God - when you read through it - and then go back and put your name, in the place of "love"....it really gives you a new perspective, doesn't it?
